Description

Many compositions do not hint at their meaning until well into the work of state four of development. Sometimes the unconscious mind can be reluctant to reveal its intentions so one must dig deeper. However, in this work, the impression was obvious halfway tough the search as to what it wanted to be. It clearly wanted to be visually defined as a society separated by a wall of conflicting, contrasting values influenced by differing exposures, experiences, and appreciations to life in rural and urban settings.

American society is currently experiencing dual, simultaneous conundrums. One of these derives from contemporary art convention. From its entrenched, acceptance of principles governing the theory and practice of art. The other conundrum concerns our society’s way of managing the affairs of state. While these areas are seemingly dissimilar, both are influenced by the same force, ideology.
